Currently we have three different communities, Lake Lure Mountain Estates, large unrestricted tracts, Riverbend Highlands, large restricted tracts, and Riverbend at Lake Lure, an active gated community with two private lakes and access to the Broad River with lots from 1/2 to 2+ acres.
